Its Friday- yeah! I don't know if its snowing or not yet- need to turn on the news or stick my head outside. Did you know that frankincense is a aromatic resin that has been used as a natural anti-antiflammatory? I had no idea. I googled it- I love google!

Bryan is running in the Jingle Bell run tomorrow. Chris and I will cheer from the sidelines. I need to get a few more gifts wrapped but for the most part everything is bought and wrapped already.

I hope everyone has a great day today!!! Hope to see you all at the Rise and Shine tomorrow! I'm bringing treats for everyone!

Good Morning!!

This is for you.  I started reading the book you sent me.  Haven't made it through the first chapter, but only because it hits the nail on the head, just like he describes in his foreward.  As for frankincense, I use that alot (on a full moon) for my deep deep meditations.

Hope you have a great day!  Lots of blessings to you and yours!

Love ya!

Blessings,

Nina

I found Frankincense at a new age store which is located somewhere around Berry St and 8th Ave.  I haven't seen it in many other places.

Ok, I'm having problems posting all of a sudden.  Let me see if it will let me edit an old posting!  Here goes!

Good morning everyone!  My mother had surgery yesterday for droopy eyelids but she's doing fine!  Therese spent the night out there with her so she can take her to the doctors this morning for her followup appt.

Well, this thing won't let me cut and paste so I'm just going to say good bye to you for now!  Hope to see ya'll at the RnS tomorrow!  Love ya!!

Good Morning Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

I am glad it is Friday!  We have a lot of fun things planned for the weekend the first being, getting our tree tonight.  It has been a very long time since we have had a real tree.  Then tomorrow we are going to the mall here, so Mark can get some new running shoes and I can find a Polo shirt for Tim.  Most of the rest of my shopping is done.  I still have Eric to buy for, my son Dan, and Marks sister.  Other then that I am done.  I have no idea what I am getting for Eric yet. He never says he wants anything so it makes it hard.  Will just go out and look I guess.  Today will be focusing on getting the house cleaned.  Yesterday was pretty much a waste because we were in a new comers briefing all morning, then we had lunch and by that time I was pretty tired.  I get tired pretty easy these days.  I am taking all my vitamins so I dont think it is that, I have been having problems with my blood sugar running really high the last few days.  I keep peautbutter crackers in the car just in case something like that happens.  Looks like Texas is getting some snow today.  It is cold here in Dover but not quite cold enough to snow yet.  Maybe by tomorrow night they said.  According to the briefing we went to yesterday we get more sleet and ice then actual snow.  Loverly!  Ok guess that is all for now.  The coffee cup is empty.  Prayers this morning, for Jenny and Eric, Viv and her family, Liz in CO, and Annette as she continues to interview for jobs.  Also for the unspoken prayers.  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys

Good Morning Train!

WOOOOHOOOOOO and TGIF!!!!  I'm actually going to have some down time this weekend.... no testing, no on call, no thinking about wor****il Monday.... LOL  Only thing on the agenda is finishing up my angel tree shopping and getting it back to the mall and some time with the family chilling.....

Prayers are going out to all that need them!

And for those with kiddies in south Texas, I'm sure your kids are or will be singing this song.......

Oh, the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

It doesn't show signs of stopping,
And I brought some corn for popping;
The lights are turned way down low,
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

When we finally say good night,
How I'll hate going out in the storm;
But if you really hold me tight,
All the way home I'll be warm.

The fire is slowly dying,
And, my dear, we're still good-bye-ing,
But as long as you love me so.
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Ya'll have a great day my friends!

My woohoo weekend plans?  I've got a book signing in Stephenville (Hastings) tomorrow afternoon.  Also, hopefully my book trailer will launch this weekend.  I've never had one before, and it's a lot of fun making it.

I haven't gotten one Christmas decoration out yet.  Maybe Sunday... I did start my shopping, but that's about it.  DH and I haven't made any plans for Christmas.  He's been stressing over work and I keep losing track of time.

Hope everyone has a great Friday.

You can find that in incense or resin.  I have a cauldron with sand (from Galveston) in it and use a charcoal made to burn the resin.  I believe that there is a place in Ft Worth off of Lancaster Ave called Enchanted Forest that sells the resin.  We are getting snow supposedly this evening.  David has some new tires on his truck so he is anxiously awaiting for it to snow so he can go out and "play".  Guess he will go alone and I will be more than happy to cuddle up with my dog!  She keeps my feet warm LOL

I forgot about the Enchanted Forest!  I love that place!  I bought some shirts from there and they still smell like incense almost a year later!  LOL!!  They burn quite a bit of that so Alyssa, be careful if you are prone to migranes from strong smells.
