Today's plan:
lots of liquids
sf iced coffee made at home
protein coffee...already downed
Atkins shake
chef salad for lunch
jalapeno/cheese chicken breast for dinner

Me and my scale are making up and semi speaking again.  I'm back down to 253 today, hoping that my determination will show some more progress this month. 

I did find some exercise videos on line that I like yesterday.  I did a 10 min stretching one that felt really good.  My plan is to do that for a few days then add in some more.  FYI - If anyone wants to see the site it's www.exercisetv.tv - they have free full length videos with trainers.  We've got a media computer hooked up to our TV in the living room so I can do them there and it works out great.

Today's meal plan:

Protein coffee - yumm on a cold morning!
Egg beaters w/ mushrooms, spinach, ham & cheese
Chicken tortilla soup & spinach salad
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Pastrami roll ups
Meatloaf w/ corn
Apple

I did go through and make a menu with some new recipes for the next 2 weeks.  I've got to hit the grocery store to get a few things for them, so the variety will start tomorrow.  Plan to succeed today!!

My scale is just stubborn.  But I'm not doing my best. Not eating horrible, just not getting in what I need to get.  Fluids are good, just need to focus more on protein.  Plans are the usual breakfast and lunch and have to cook some chicken for dinner.  Out of everything already cooked.

I got on the scale this morning and was down .6 since Monday, not sure how but I'll take it.  Yesterday wasn't enough food and the choices I did make weren't near enough protein choices.

I'm setting a goal to be below 130 lbs by January 1, 2010 (wow that was weird typing) so I need to FOCUS on making the right choices.

With this weather I'm thinking a big pot of taco soup would be good. Todays plan....

B....scrambled egg and Morningstar maple sausage patty
L....NF refried beans, ground beef and cheese
S....baby carrots w/Fage ranch dip
D....taco soup
LNS...hot protein something drink
