Yesterday was a pretty good eating day for me...not perfect, but good.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed
Click or McD's sf iced coffee
Atkins shake if needed
chef salad for lunch
chicken breast for dinner

What's your plan?

I am maintianing most of weight loss - still up about 1 1/2 2 pounds from the new low I got to 2 weks ago but ok with that - if I put in a 10 days super strict work a month and can drop 5-10 pounds a pop then it'll be awosome - and I can do anything for 10 days

yesterdays eating was ok - not really ON plan but not bad either - more about moderation and maintance and that is ok

today looks to be another busy day - so I will aim for lots of water, enough protien and limiting the junk carbs
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I was not hungry at all yesterday so my food was slim to none.  I need to try to get more protein in today because I yesterday was not good.

Today's plan..
B-protein shake
L-IDK
D-lima beans with sausage

Plan for the day is the same as yesterday... BUT I PLAN to not get stressed AGAIN and decide that Chinese food is a much better comfort and will make all my problems go away! lol

Scale is the same, thankfully.  Sure don't deserve that!

Dinner is the hardest for me so I just have to be prepared.

My protein intake was scary low yesterday.  I just didn't feel like eating and the few things I did were......well comfort food.

I did fine yesterday:
Protein drink
Steak and 1/4 cup scalloped potatoes
1/2 sub sandwich with turkey/ham/cheese

Today:
Breakfast: protein drink
Lunch: 1/2 sub
Dinner:  ??  no plans yet.

Yesterday was pretty good, although I think I may have under-calculated the stats on my taco soup and was probably over my calories. But better it be with that than something really bad!

Today....
Chai tea.....I think this stuff has turned into an addiction!
B....ham and cream cheese rollup
L....1/2c taco soup
S....baby carrots (if they taste OK after thawing out...my fridge is really cold!)
 or white chocolate/fage yogurt but I really need more fiber
D....more taco soup
