NIGH****CHMAN - Monday 11/30

We definitely have a "mixed bag" in our puppy class.  We have a Great Dane puppy who is already 70 pounds.  Schnitzel is a whopping 7 pounds!  HA!  He's not the smallest though.  There is a little Yorkie in there and man oh man does that lady have her hands full.  She just bites her CONSTANTLY.  We have one of those little bitty Italian Greyhounds in there.  OMG, I could never have a dog like that because for one, its legs are as thin as a pencil....not a dog for MY clumsy group.  Let's see, we have like three Boxer puppies, one German Shephard (OMG the barking!!!), a Bichon that doesn't stop leaving little, uhm, "packages" in the owner's living room, a bulldog, a rat terrier (he gets ALL the dogs rowled up), a yellow lab (he loves EVERYONE!), and a corgi.  Definitely an assortment in sizes of poochies!  Next week is "graduation".  Trainer said she has little graduation caps for them.  Toooo funny!  NO WAY will Schnitzel allow THAT on his head!

Good advice you gave to your friend...you cannot make her stop drinking those Cokes.  OMG, I would be a mess just LOOKING at a Coke.  I sometimes will take a swig of the girls' drinks (all diet though) and even THAT makes me feel yucko.  Just don't care for the bubbles in my belly.  Speaking of bellies...mine was a train wreck after puppy class last night.  I had some soup at lunch at Souper Salad and apparently didn't do what I know I should do and chew, chew, chew.  One reason was the veggie soup was horribly hot and after like two bites where I was doing that deal we all do when we have something way too hot in the mouth (hoo-in' and haw-in' trying to cool it down), I think those couple bites I didn't chew too well and hence, a huge carrot apparently blocked everything up.  I didn't feel too bad afterwards, buuut, when I was ATTEMPTING to eat dinner, got full after like two bites and knew something was not right.  I squirmed all through puppy class and after I got home, tossed my cookies and OMG, soooo much better.  Note to self....only MY soup from now on!!!  I make my own vegetable soup but the veggies are tiny.  I knew after taking one sip of my SBUX tea and it really just kind of gurgled as it went down...uh....this isn't good!!!  So, today I'm going to take it easy and pamper the tummy.  Hubs is home one more day so the applecart is only upset for one more day!  hehehe...

Stay warm!  They have some snowflakes in the forecast on Friday down here!  Is that CRAZY or what?!?

WOW you have a big puppy class! Our class was same type mix but add a VERY bad tempered pit bull to the mix! Im so not fond of those dogs but we had a very strict trainer (just what bella and i needed) and he put that dog in its place more than once. The owner did not appreciate it at all. Was really funny as out trainer had 18 dogs of his own from chihuahua to the really large 120lbs german shepherds, rots, adn pits so he knew how to handle them.  Mom has a yorkie and they are nibblers when they are puppies and they have razor teeth! we so didnt allow him to do that at all, nip that in the bud NOW!
Im really careful on the carrots.. having gotten one stuck really early out myself!!! Glad you got it hacked back up! Yes the snow cracks me up! lol.  everytime i leave houston, it snows! lol.

Our trainer has a chihuahua that was taken back to the pet store like four times because of her behavior.  Now she's fine...but she was trained correctly.  Tootsie is a hoot!  She also has rotties.  OMG, those razor teeth are HELL!  Schnitzel has those..my hand sometimes looks like swiss cheese the way he "plays".  Trust me though, he does that like once before he realizes he probably shouldn't try that **** again!  He actually was like that last night...with me in ZERO mood to play.  I was laying on the floor feeling crappy when he bit my hair.  Ok, ha, funny.  But, when I told him to knock it off, the little crapper just snapped the tip of my nose like a freakin' snapping turtle.  Damn Sam that hurt!    Needless to say, I chucked his butt in the kennel for the rest of the night!

We have a couple people that don't like it when our instructor disciplines their dogs either.  TOO BAD!!!  They want the dog trained, but oh...be nice.  Forget it!!!  She has a ton of tricks up their sleeves and has probably seen EVERY reaction a dog can give her.
