Today is our last "Nuthin But Nutrition" and tomorrow starts "Decimate December"...that is our new name, isn't it? I hope I remembered right!

My Thanksgiving eating was not as damaging as expected but there is still work to do. Supposedly they are bringing lunch again, like yesterday, but I have my own as well, to stay a bit healthier.
B - eggs
L - sandwich thin with turkey, ham and cheese.
D- think I will do a stuffed chicken breast with the three cheese jalapeno.
I bought one of those 2 ltr sippy bottles and I reloaded twice yesterday at work. I think that makes a big difference. they will just have to wait on me making numerous potty trips!!! lol

forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could be any different
I haven't been doing too bad.........................I lost 5 lbs.......but got on the scale this morning and had only lost 3..............so - not sure what I had yesterday that affected that...............maybe the 4 bites of pumpkin ice cream on saturday night ? Just a sample........grrrrrrrrrrr
Too much coffee yesterday - last night ? regular creamer - didn't use my sugar free creamers - Amanda got several Int'l Delight creamers yesterday and I definately induldgedd !! Oh well -
Todays plan: Limit the snacking inbetween meals - unless it is what I brought with me ?
B - atkins shake - coffee w/ s/f creamer.........
Snack - applesace ? - if needed or wanted........
Lunch - left over Turkey & zuchinni lasagna & cheese........
Snack? Applesauce (trying to get in 2 servings of fruit........... or cottage cheese....
Dinner: LEftover - whatever I didn't eat above !! lol

Looking forward to more progress in Dec. I would so love to go into my 3 year follow up in Mar with more weight gone. So I've got to stick with my plan through the holiday and traveling.
