Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I'm a number 2 and 8 for sure with a sometimes 9!! Clay swears I'm the food police. (If only I policed myself.) I had planned on a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast but after posting on the December thread I changed it to a protein drink cuz I relized I was short on protein for the day. Planning really DOES work.

Steph,
mom was here for part of last week. Totally solidified i would NEVER move back to beaumont as long as she was alive. I 'white knuckled' the entire time and several times wished i was alone with my addiction. Not good lol
Moral of the story, once a foodie, always a foodie!

When I was born, I cried and the world rejoiced. Now i wanna live my life so that when I die, the world cries and I rejoice
Lets see...
2. You eat without feeling hungry - Working on this one but it's a hard habit to break when I'm bored.
4. There’s zero variety in your diet - Just mentioned this on the Decimate December thread this morning
5. You count every last calorie - Doing this for now, and likely for a very long time. Seems to be the only way I can really be accountable to myself.
9. You eat differently when alone - I eat so much less when I'm eating with other people at a table. Conversation seems to dominate then and I eat slow enough to realize I'm full before I get over full.
13. You Overdo Workouts -Now I've done this unintentionally before, which pushes me to the other extreme of not wanting to work out for fear of hurting myself.
Thanks Steph! Really, I think it's great to see these things and think about how they relate to us, if they do.
