Nuthin but Nutrition November - Sunday 29th
Me and the scale aren't on speaking terms right now, so I'm going to focus on the fact that I'm sticking to my plans 90% of the time which is a vast improvement over what I was doing. Since I managed to do this for nearly a month, now I need to add in exercise to my plan to continue building on the momentum.
Today's plan -
Protein coffee
Egg beaters & ham, cheese and whatever veggies I can scrounge up
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Fiber Plus bar
Pastrami & swiss roll ups
Chicken tortilla soup
Apple
Not sure if we're going out to lunch after church, if so my lunch will change but I'm going to keep it high protein wherever we end up.
