Nuthin but Nutrition November - Sunday 29th
Today it is BTB for me. I do hope I can stay with it for the month of December since i'm slipping up a bit too much with the 'extras'.
Today -
eggs and cheese
sandwich thin with turkey, ham, cheese, tomato and pickle
dinner- hamburger made in some way
Also bought a 2 liter 'sippy' cup so I can get back to making sure I get in all my water.
So what is YOUR plan and how you doin?

I'm with you on too many Thanksgiving extras...mine mostly leftover cookies! Other than that I've been in good shape.
Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
McD's sf vanilla iced coffee
click or other protein drink
not sure for lunch
Chicken lettuce wraps for dinner

that is something planned - better than I had a few hours ago - oh and a fiber bar and ONE ok myabe 2 pecan cookies - sf from dana

I don't have much of a plan either today - I know that is NOT good...............
But here is what I know so far:
B - Atkins Shake..........maybe something to eat later............ McD - Sas, egg & ch - biscuit?
Lunch: - this is where I'm not sure of............I'll be at work..........maybe cottage cheese - meat & crackers???
Dinner: Okay - turkey lasagna w/zuchini..........something like that.............
hmmmmmmmmmmmmm If I could stick to this - I may just lose a little bit by tomorrow morning. Doesn't sound like much -

Phyllis, you might want to check Mcdonalds website for better breakfast options. I have tried twice to cut and paste their nutritional stats but it just won't work. The rest of your menu looks good.
For a quick comparision:
Sausage/egg/cheese bisquit: calories 510 with 33 gm of fat and 1170 mg of sodium
Egg Mcmuffin: 300 calories 12 gm of fat and 820 mg of sodium.
Both have 18 gm of protein

how about just the filling from an egg mcmuffin or even just the smaller of the two halfs of the bread - and/or skip their cheese - it's not lowfat nor great quality and not perticully high pro

Apparently I did well sticking to my plan yesterday cuz I'm below my goal weight this morning~well either that or my scale was just being kind. Anyway I'll claim the 152.8 today.
I have a protein drink defrosting for breakfast. Will have 1/2 turkey sandwich and 2 deviled egg halves for lunch and I'm thinking about some Chinese food for dinner. Probably General Tso's chicken, just the chicken since I don't eat rice. I KNOW, I'm weird.
Like Becky, I'd better push the liquids, my fingers feel puffy today.
