For knowing that once you hit rock bottom there is no place to go but up so strap on your wings and fly..

For Stromboli.. No matter how mad I am he can make me laugh..

That I was not one of the people shopping early this morning..

 Grateful my surgery is scheduled and a week and a half away.
Grateful that I haven't gotten very sick from eating today ......yesterday wasn't good.
