have a bit of a plan for today -
shake
lots of water/cl
tomatoes soup with extra veggies and cheese sand
turkey and cheese and crackers
fiber bar
queish - ham, brocolli and cheese
no dessert or late night munching - another shake if I am truely hungry but only after another litter of cl

the night time munchies are killing me

my weight is up but between holiday eating, lots of salty foods, being off schedule and starting my cycle who the hell knows where it should be - got down to 205 was 208 this am - will see how long it takes me after they cycle to get back down to the 205  - under 4 days means it was hornonal and water - longer means I just ate too much LOL

Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail

I've been doing pretty good, the scale is rewarding me.  I'm not posting the loss yet, don't want to jinx this weekend, lol.

Danni, I'm dealing with night time eating also, if I could conquer that I'd be SUPER excited.  Daytime eating has been very good, at night I want a sweet treat.  Think I'll make some more of Lynne's pumpkin pudding....but no pie!

I guess I am holding my own. The snacking is a lot more than I would do at home, but I don't have Karla's trash mix recipe on the top of my frig like Mom does!  lol.  And Mom made some of those chocolate pecans with dark chocolate too. Only need a bite or two of those.  I think she understands now why I dont' have it at my house. She sees how much more I snack when i'm here.

The scale is about where I expected it to be.  Plan to reign that in and get back to it for the next 4 weeks before yet another doctor appointment.  Not expecting miracles, just need back to a comfortable clothes weight! lol

Oh one thing I did observe was how little I drink here and my family as well. So yesterday I tried to really crank it up and I went through an entire huge pitcher of tea before dinner. Mom was mystified as to how all the tea disappeared.  So for Christmas she gets a new teamaker with an extra pitcher!

I've got the majority of my day planned, not sure about dinner yet.

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ veggies, ham & cheese
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Pastrami & cheese roll ups

Gotta figure out dinner.  We finished off leftovers yesterday so no worries there.  I was going to do Tortilla soup but think I'll save that for tomorrow when it's colder out.  Hmmm, gotta get creative with something.

My grazing has been AWFUL-it's been mostly PROTEIN-but GRAZING is still GRAZING!! I'm planning to stay home today, so my "plan" for today is to work on "timed" eating and drinking, and sticking to a schedule, instaesd of mindless eating.

I actually made a plan and so far have stuck to it.

Breakfast: protein shake (drank it in the car on the way to Winstar)
Lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, 2 deviled egg halves (ate at Winstar in my car)
Dinner: will be sirloin steak and 1/2 baked potato with butter and cheddar cheese.

Snack: I just so happen to have a 1/2 of a pumpkin pie at the house so a sliver might find it's way into my tummy.

Desired weight range: 153-158, current weight 153.8 so I'm happy.
