Happy Thanksgiving to all my WLS Family!!
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone,
I got up very early this morning and made an ulitimate layered banana pudding to take along with a world class green bean casarole to my Sister and Brother-in-laws.
I enjoy tring something new and this looks fantastic because, you can see the vanilla waffers on the sides of the clear glass upright bowl.( I know, I know but it's once a year and I'm leaving it with them)
I sent pictures off yesterday to my PS surgeon Dr. S. hopefully will hear from him soon so we can start deciding what we are going to do.
I can't wait to get it done bu,t I will have to, because I want to do like I did, when I had my WLS. That is, save cash of 2/3rds and borrow from my self the other third through a secured CD at the bank. It worked out very well last time and it really gives me enough time to do the research, make sure I am commited, and appreciate and respect all the effort that I put into this life changing event.
I hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and a good start to the holiday season.

Be VERY CAREFUL having PS in Mexico or anywhere out of the US. When you have PS out of the US and if you have problems.....you won't find a PS here that will touch or treat you !!! That is my only concern. If you have been on the PS messageboards very much.....you will see that there are a world of problems that can happen with PS. Not like your WLS.....your skin can bust open and some have to have wound vacs for months and months. Our skin is NOT like a normal person's skin due to it being so stretched out. Just be VERY careful !!! Don't want ANYTHING to happen to you !!!! We care about you here......you are part of our extended family. Just really ask the PS in Mexico lots of questions concerning this before you go there. Also some people have had really bad experiences from PS out of the states. What about SW Medical???? They are really reasonable ???? Just some things for you to think about . Have a blessed Thanksgiving !!!
