To much turkey?
So how much turkey is to much? Just a spoonful of potatoes and veggies. But then there's the dang yard bird. Smoked with hickory and a tasty raspberry honey mustard glaze. So 6 servings later of turkey and nothing else, is it just protein? 1 oz of turkey has 5.69g of protein. If your not tired of eating turkey and you don't care are want any of the other food and your not over eating? When is enough turkey enough?

its alful hard to eat enough pure protien to over eat with out hurting - IMHO
but make sure you are drinking enough water to balance out all that turkey or your kidneys or hands will hurt tomorrow or the next day if you are still munching on pure protien LOL

I didn't get tooo much.............I had "leftovers".....................I'm actually hungry tonight.....
No dark meat left by the time I got to the table........only WHITE meat - which I know is healthier for me, but even thought my sister DID A WONDERFUL AWESOME job on the turkey and meal.....it was too dry for me.........but I managed to get down a few bits...... thinking that I need to do much more protein tonight and in the many days ahead...but all I have with me is beef jerkeyy - not in the mood for it and a protein shake.....I DON'T WANT ANYTHING SWEET TONGIHT EITHER.................HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM maybe i'll just go to bed and ignore those stomach feelings......................
