Regular doctor is a clown

So I went in to my regular doc a few weeks ago to check in and let him know that I have had a RNY.  So he scheduled me for some lab work.  When I went back 3 weeks later to have him review the labs with me, he suggested I get a lap band to help with some of the issues that showed up in the labs and from being fat.  When I told him (again) that I had an RNY, he told me that the RNY doesn't work and that I need to get a lap band.  He didn't realize I was telling him I had an RNY and thought I was asking about one.  Of course they have a "preferred" provider that does nothing but LapBand.  Needless to say I have decided to find a new doc.

Does anyone know a good regular doc that is in the Lewisville or Irving area that is familiar with some of the special requirements of WLS?  Also one that doesn't have his head up his ass would be good too.

My regular PCP is fantastic.  Dr. Monica Olivier, she works out of the professional building next to Lewisville Medical Center.  She's been totally open to doing whatever labs I want, goes over them with me and listens when I bring her new information.  Her contact number is 214-222-4800.
