Nuthin But Nutrition Tuesday
I didn't do too badly yesterday with food choices................EXCEPT - for the rotel cheese dip....grrrr
Other than that - stayed with what I brought for lunch/snacks......etc..............
today - ALREADY BAD..............but..............thats okay - I've had what I'm going to have for the day as for the "sweets" table today......(theme for the day on my team) and now - ON WITH THE PLAN !
Today's plan:
B - Atkins Shake....................
Coffee
At the office...........a few chip pieces (white corn chips........bottom of bag....w/ creamy spinach dip.../ranch..........and 1 brownie..............THATS IT !! I'm done........grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :(
L - left over Turkey meat.....w/ a little bbq sauce..............cottage cheese 1%.........
Sn - s/f peaches or applesauce.............not sure which.....................
Dinner - ummmmmmmmmm ham - & cheese roll-ups....................

- As of 11-10-13 I have had weight gain. Not happy about that.
- RNY: 10-16-07 = 338: Highest weight: 350+ Lowest Weight: 199
up half a pound today but TOM so I am not to stresed - still less than I have weight in a LONG time
today I have ideas not a real plan

lots of tea and cl and water
shrimp ****tail
pumpkin stuff from Lynne made with protien powder
dirty rice - with brown rice and lots of veggies and liver
steak thawing for dinner or lunch -
have fish in the freezer - also salmon burgers not sure which we are going to have
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
