Gina, you are one of the friendliest, most respected people on this board.  I know when I need to you, YOU are ALWAYS there for me.  I've learned allot from you, watching you and listening to you.

Don't ever change for anyone, I know you won't do that but wanted to reiterate......when I grow up I want to be just like you.

hey now!!!! i will have you know i was good ALL day yesterday! well up until we started the 5K and Mikey was walking next to me and it was all down hill from there lol and i been goood all day today too!

Good Morning Alissa and the rest of my TMB Family,

WooooHooooo Monday is finally here and my Mom and Dad will be here this afternoon sometime.  I have not seen them in almost two years.  I cant wait.  Lots of little things to do around here before they get here so will be a busy morning.  Think I will go out and walk too.  Alissa I love your new Avitar.  Its a great picture of you.  We had great weekend.  Just relaxed on Saturday, and then yesterday Eric and I went to church, (I think this one is a keeper) and then when we got home we went off to go to Walmart and run some errands.  Mark surprised us by finding a Texas Roadhouse and it was so good.  I love their Dallas Filet.  In fact there is left over in the Fridge for lunch today!    I ended up getting a few little things for my Grandson to play with while he is here.  Going to have to start going to Goodwill and looking around for used stuff for us to have here for when he comes to spend time with us.  I should prepare more for the week as far as food goes then I do.  I tend to just go day by day.   This is also the first year since I had my surgery that I am not to nervous about Thanksgiving.  I know what I can and can not eat, I know there will be SF pies, and I know not to stuff myself.  Things should be good.  Well guess that is about it for now.  Prayers for those in need, especially Eric and Jenny, Dana as she continues to recover, and Viv for her gallbladder and family situations.  If any of you see Rebecca along the way please give her my love!  Have a blessed day.  Love you guys.

been up for a while, dang it! Was so wanting to sleep in today lol. So much for that! lol.  Great weekend with my chosen family! Lord knows i coudlnt have accomplished all that pre WLS!  6flags was awesome, potluck then the 5K last nite! Need to get my vits together for the week and finish packing to head over to annette and matt's to house/doggie/kitty sit for them while they are at boot camp graduation for their son!
 I think the worse thing that happened for me this weekend was i broke a nail lol.  I can live with that! Prayers for all, and and remember to be thankful. I have a lot to be thankful for this season, mostly my chosen family! Lord knows where i would be without all of you!

"It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, It's a beautiful day in t....." Awwww Phooey, who am I kidding.  The opportunity for that dropped dramatically when Ally was meowing at 3:45.  Arrrghhh! I might be able to regroup and salvage the day, all I have to do is set my mind to it...except that my mind is going to be soooooooo tired by this afternoon!

TG it is going to be a short week!  I have to go see the Cardiologist Tuesday afternoon and then return on Wednesday, so that is throwing a monkey wrench into the works.  I'll definitely be ready to see Wednesday come to an end...I hate Echo's, Blech!!! Especially when I know that they are going to tell me to cut the caffeine out! But we'll see! 

OMG I'm already feeling the effects of being up so early  (No way it could be all in my head... could it???  ) I think that I need to hit the road and swing by SBux on the way to work, I have the feeling that I am going to need that double shot!!!
