Yesterday wasn't my worst day, but wasn't my best:
protein coffee...never got in 2nd protein drink
chicken broth
96 oz. liquids
SBUX decaf skinny venti Cinn. Dolce Latte...Ben brought me this!
Turkey Cheese Impossible pie
Popcorn...bad Karla
2 pieces of impossible pumpkin pie
Beef Enchilada soup for dinner

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee already downed...working on chicken broth
Click drink
leftovers for lunch either shrimp/asparagus Italian stuff or enchilada soup
haven't picked for dinner

Good morning!!!!  Yesterday was a really good day!  I got in all my extra protein and stayed within my calorie range.... although I didn't get all my liquids in I came pretty close.  So glad to see the scale moving again after a very long time!!!  Down another lb. this morning!!!!  I have several photo shoots today... doing a teacher at work , and then Donna and her family!!   Hopefully this evening I will be able to head to the gym.   Also going to try to get up early every day this week and go... even signed up for a 2 hour class Thanksgiving morning!!!  I must be crazy!

Today's plans:
B: Chai Latte (from my new coffee maker.... only 1g protein but so yummy)
S: Click
L: Oh yeah RTD  (doing my first official photo shoot today... no time for lunch!)
D: fish and veggie
S: Inspire Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich shake

Good Morning Karla!!

Mm yesterday,
ate homemade beef soup, then later a baked sweet potato with cinnamon and a dab of i can't believe it's butter, CL peach tea and some orange juice for liquids.

Today.

Coffee-check!
Oatmeal w/banana-check

Lunch: Salad or shrimp-Maybe cook a roast

Lots of liquids that's for sure!!

I've got a horrible sore throat this morning so no big plans as to what I'm gonna eat today.  I had a bagel with peanut butter for breakfast cuz I didn't have any protein drinks made.  Probably gonna take out some homemade turkey noodle soup for lunch and maybe even dinner.  That should make the throat feel better.
