Only one more week left in November.  Let's at least make it a maintenance week even though it's the week of Thanksgiving!

Today's plan for me:
Lots of liquids
protein coffee...already downed
Atkins shake or Click

Protein pudding at some pt. for snack...pnut butter made with sf pudding and sf coolwhip and Paige's Pnut butter cookie protein and a little pnut butter

Enchilada soup

Impossible ham/cheese pie

please to share the pnut butter thing pretty please with splenda and a cherry on top even :)

yesterday didn't go to badly esp considering I am a PMS Biotch right now  - relearned that non homemade pizza and mr pouch do not get along - spend an hour wanting to cry or puke or sleep finishing a paper that I had to turn in last night - I lived though it and did NOT even open the pizza box in the fridge this morning

I must be doing something right b/c I am down 10 pounds in 11days - not as good as Kathy's 11 in 7 but dang good for me who had maintianed for 2 1/2 yrs

todays plans are following this new eating style that seems working

7shake

9fiber bar
10:30apple with cheese (in the car on way to meeting)

noon 2 litters of cl/wataer on the way home from meeting
12 30 spagetti sauce with cheese
3 beans, mushrooms and cheese

5 chicken ala king - skipping the hm bread - might even skip it for the boys too and make them eat reg bread

8 something sweet
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

thanks Dana - I am jazzed -it's kinda like at the begining of your wls journey when every morning you wake up adn expect that the scale will have gone back up - and are SHOCKED and get on and off a couple of times to make sure it's not messing with you LOL - it's time my journey continues - I lost a lot  - proved to me I could keep it off, now on to losing more

Peanut Butter Cookie Protein Pudding

1 small box vanilla, white chocolate or cheesecake sf pudding mix
2 c skim milk
1 c sf Cool Whip
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
3 scoops Inspire Peanut Butter Cookie protein powder (from Bariatric Eating)

I mixed the pudding and milk for a minute or two, added the protein powder, cool whip and peanut butter.  It tastes just like a peanut butter cookie!  is delicious and very rich!

My weight is just not cooperating the way I'd like it to at the moment, but since this is a lifelong journey I'll cut myself some slack and be happy that I'm following through on my plans.  Soon enough my body will follow suit.

Today's plan...

Protein coffee (once the dishes finish washing)
Egg beaters w/ turkey ham, mushrooms, red peppers, cheese
Chili with turkey meat
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Ham & cheese roll up
Meatballs w/ Light Garlic Parmesan sauce & veggies
Apple

With a plan we can make it!!

Good morning!!!!

That pudding sounds good Karla... might have to give that a try!!!   Yesterday was another good day!!!  As a matter fact I was down another lb this morning!!!  So glad to see the scale moving again... it's been along time!   I'm now 6 lbs away from my goal and a healthy BMI!!!!!!  I don't ever remember weighing 165lbs....  I know that when I was a senior I weighed 172 and I BEAT that!!!  In my heart I'm already at goal... but my mind is still playing that numbers game and wants to see a healthy BMI!!!  I'd would love to be at goal by the time I have surgery but that's only 2 weeks away...  not sure I will make it but sure going to try!!!

Plan today:
B: Oh yeah RTD
S: Chai Latte
L: chicken taco soup
S: Peanut Butter Inspire
D: fish/veggie

Hi ya all - after the shocking scale week for me last week - woke me up to reality......

I HAD A GREAT WEEKEND -  EATING WISE TOO.......................SEE MONDAY MORNING WEIGH IN.....


Today's plan:

liquids.....

B-  oatmeal w/ sugar free french vanilla creamer added for extra flavoring..........
Sn -     not sure...........but we are having chips & dip  - my team is........but i'm going to behave !!!  May have a few........but not many...............cuz I'm doing so much better and I AM NOT GOING TO GAIN OVER THE HOLIDAYS....INCL CHRISTMAS....

L -    1% cottage cheese and ham & cheese roll-up...............

sn -  ummmmmmmmmmmmmm       not sure.........atkins shake - maybe???

D -  left over  cottage cheese and  ham & cheese roll-up...................
Snack - if eneded -     atkins shake if not drank earlier - for extra protein  -

Doing okay - scale bouncing up/down 1-2 lbs. the past week, but overall good considering time of year and eating patterns....

Today:
B-banana & Coffee (tummy not doing well today)
S-Oatmeal (flipped my morning) - maybe
L-Lean Cuisine (beef & mac/cheese)
S-Protein shake & Workout today - first time in 3 weeks due to back, YEA!!!!!!!
D-smoked turkey and steamed veggies
