WLS Sunday Express
Good Morning My TMB Family,
Well its only 5:30 but I woke up at 4:30 with things on the brain that I needed to do so just went ahead and got up. God has been good to me. Eric and I are headed out this morning to check out a new church right off base. I have a funny feeling it is going to be the one that we continue with. They have a lot of Children Ministries and I want Eric involved with those. After church I need to come home and probably take walk, and clean up around here a little. Mom and Dad will be here tomorrow. My eating has been a little out of controll lately. I feel like I am hungry all the time and so I snack all day long. Had to go to bed early last night so I would not snack. Guess that is ok. I have walked the last two days and am going to try and do it at least three times a week. I feel better when I get out and do something. Well sounds like the coffee is ready so will get a move on. Prayers for all those in need this morning especially, Dana, Eric and Jenny, Viv and all the rest. Have a blessed day. Love you guys.
Good morning!! I, too, am up earlier than necessary. I really thought my old bodt would want to hunker down after the work out I put it thru yesterday, but..here I am=after an hour off flipping and tripping, I finally decided I was destined to get up and start my day. Actually, I love my early morning "alone time"..well..not "alone"..I'm with Y'ALL..you know what I mean!
Yesterday was a red letter day. A bunch of met at Six Flags...the weather was overcast and perfect...no long lines...I rode my fave, The Titan, 3 times...KATHY rose The Titan for her FIRST time, then was hooked....DEE rode rides for the first time since she was in Jr High...LINDA came all the way from Amarillo...I got to know BARBARA, who I'd met, but never spent any time with..It was just as AWESOMR, AWESOME day. The highlight for me was taking a "saloon" picture. I've ALWAYS wanted to do that, but never had the nerve.
Tonight my oldest DS, Corbin, and I are meeting up with a bunch of peeps to participate in the 5K at Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie. The light display is always gorgeous. I've DRIVEN thru it several times, but have never RUN/WALKED thru it, so this will be quite different-and sure to be FUN. Train Man DAVID and his family will be there-can't wait to squeeze his neck!!
Whew..that's MY world-thanks for listening!! It may not sound very "exciting", but it sure beats lying on the couch, weighing 340 lbs, and having a blood sugar higher than my weight-while my kids and friends had to "play" WITHOUT me...
Prayers all around, with extra special ones for Jenny and OUR Eric!!
Hope everyone realizes how blessed they are today...
I LOVE Y'ALL AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!!!!!

When I was born, I cried and the world rejoiced. Now i wanna live my life so that when I die, the world cries and I rejoice
Smile, it increases your face value.
Make you feel like you make a difference? You DO make a difference, we ain't just making you feel like you make a difference, goober.
Where would I be without you ??????
Why are we all up so early? I'm still bummed that I skipped 6 flags but at least I got to see a bunch of you this weekend anyway.
I woke up with an incredibly sore throat this morning. I'm praying I slept with my mouth open or something-I ain't got time to be sick. Today is dishes, laundry and the "Taste of Sam's" for lunch, lol. Oh yeah, I believe a little football watching too. I have to work Mon-Tues-Wed this week in order to have a long Thanksgiving weekend so I have to get everything done today.
Hope everyone has a super day surrounded by those you love.

Tonight I'm excited because its Bryan's first 5k and I know he'll do great. If I go it will be in a wheelchair pushed by friends. If noone wants to push my big butt around then that's okay-I'll happily cheer for everyone at the end.
This morning Bryan asked Maya what she wanted for breakfast and she chose pancakes and sausage. He's such a sucker for his neices and I love it. lol. Then after Maya goes home we are going to see a friend of mine in the hospital at big Baylor downtown Dallas. Then off to a light early supper and then the walk in Grand Prairie. I was hoping to get some gifts wrapped this morning since I'm done shopping pretty much. I also have to do laundry. Its off to work for me M-Wed while Bryan and Chris are home doing projects around the house.
Hope everyone has a blessed day today. I know I'm blessed to have you all in my life. Prayers continue for healing for Gaye and Eric. Love you all!
