Oh and who are you calling OLD and SPIRITED????  Well, ok...maybe a LITTLE old, but certainly NOT spirited.  Hag....most definately!  Mean?  Every damn day if I can manage it!

GNC makes an unflavored whey protein mix that's finely powdered.  I add one scoop to about 10 ozs of coffee, use Splenda with fiber to taste, add a bit of some flavored coffee creamer, and voila!  Yummy morning coffee with protein.  It even adds a bit of froth to the top like a cappuccino.

I don't dump on sugar, so you might not want to add the flavored creamer to it until you know whether you do or not.  Also I've heard that those who are early post-op shouldn't have coffee.

I would love to meet everyone of ya'll in real life....im coming to Baylor in Dallas on January 13th my appt is a 10 am....I hafta see the Neurologist as a follow up from my "stroke/TIA" or stroke like event, or migraine induced episode.....they dont know what to call it,  so i just keep going back every 6 months. Thats okay i have a sister in Plano so i get to visit her....

I just looked and Jan 13th is a Wednesday.  I'm usually off work on Wednesdays.  I'm about 20 minutes from Baylor and would love to meet you.  I'll check my schedule when the time gets closer and hopefully we can met IRL. 

If your mouth is dry post-op and your doctor won't let you drin****il after your leak test (like mine), ask for those little sponges on a stick and ice water to wipe the inside of your mouth.  I loved those things and they made me feel soooooo much better!!

I just LOVE this group.  You guys are a riot!!
