On to the Weekend...maintain, maintain, maintain during this holiday week ahead of us.  Let that be our goal if it isn't to lose weight!

Today's plan for me:
lots of liquids
protein coffee being downed
another protein drink
haven't decided on lunch or dinner...not necessarily a good plan but I need to thaw something.  I may make Beef Enchilada soup for dinner. 

What's your plan?

My plan is to keep busy and keep on track with some healthier choices.  Out to lunch with the folks for Emm's birthday.   Think we are going to Shobels, since it's new here, and they have a buffet.  that can be good or not so good.

Will be busy all day so I have to remember water, water water.

Hi Karla & NBN Crew,

I have not posted but I have still remained on track.  I did weigh yesterday and the scales indicated that I am 192.4 pounds.  My goal is to attack my non water habit.  I will try to drink 64 or more ounces for the next seven days.  I plan to really get my exercise back going but for now it is baby steps. I need to get used to the water. 

Today's plan:
B-IDK, not hungry yet
L-salad w/meat
D-salad w/meat
Water-64 ounces

Ok I don't have as much of a plan today as I'm heading off to Six Flags soon, but I did log on to the website to see what some of my options would be there.  I'll probably end up getting a turkey leg or burger with no bun to keep everything high protein.  I'm starting out with protein coffee and am going to take a ham & cheese sandwich to eat before I go into the park so I'm feeling pretty good about it so far.  NO POPCORN!!!

I ended yeserday thinking I had done badly - I was done to a new low this morning that I haven't seen since before I got pg with Rach 2 1/2 yrs ago - that is 9 pounds from where I was 9 days ago and I am pmsing


today I have less of a firm plan as the kids are all home and we are going in and out then canning the rest of theday

shake
turkey salad with lettuce and 100 cal bread
shrimp with ****tial sause and/or apple
fiber bar
apple and cheese
pnut butter fluff - pnut butter. lf cream chees, lf cottage cheese, splenda and cool whip - devine!!!
no clue for dinner but looking at either lomein or turkey pot pie - both sound good so we will see
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

Good morning!!!  I'm really looking forward to having this whole week off from work!!!  For some reason I always do better during the weekends then when I'm at work during the week.  Anyway yesterday I had
B: Oh Yeah RTD Banana Creme
L:  Thanksgiving menu at work... Turkey/dressing, sweet potatoes and a roll..... I didn't eat it all but still ate too much.... But it's the best and only  meal I ever eat at work!!!  So I am not feeling guilty about it ... I enjoyed it and that's what counts!
D: small salad and talpia

I was a bit afraid to jump on the scale this morning but for the 2nd day in a row  I was 167!!!!!!!  My new all time low!   I have bounced from 168-174 for the past few months and had almost convinced myself that I just would never see anything below 168!!! 

So today's plan...
B: Click
L: chicken taco soup
D: fish
S:  Inspire protein drink, believe RTD??

Goal today is too in all my liquids and trying to boost up my protein to prepare for round 2 of plastics!!!!

Good morning...I had waffle house at 2:30 this morning does that count for yesterday or today, lol?  I ate a whole bunch of pretzels yesterday so no scale for me today.  I know what that salt will do to me.  I got sicker than a dog on my vitamins this morning.  I took them with a swig of Diet Coke and don't know if that's what caused it but never again.  I CAN'T throw up but wretching is bad enough.

Plan for today:
Breakfast: protein drink (done)
Lunch: sub sandwich (ham/turkey/cheese-no mayo)
Dinner:  Italian food at a very special friend's house.

Steph...I think if you eat from midnight to 5 am it doesn't count either place...it's free food land!
