Okay - I need to start posting on here on a regular basis............the "HO" in the box was NOT nice to me this morning.......but I DESERVE IT..........ONLY ME !!

Breakfast: Low sugar - instant oatmeal - maple & brown sugar...........
Unfortunately - today's plan..............ITS FRIDAY and I usually go out to eat with co-workers.but today - will probably do so.............chicken salad on the plans...............
Dinner/supper...............run home between jobs and get something decent since I didn't come prepared today: cottage cheese and ham roll-ups - may be on site tonight............

you arent dumb! Yes its coffee with either ready to drink (such as Slim fast,or atkins)or protein powder added to it. Usually you mix the powder with milk or some creamer first then add the coffee as if you add the powder straight to the hot coffee it clumps andits gross

of courese I am a caffiene addict LOL I also add power edge a sf caffinated crystal light style drink to my shakes pretty often b/c it is easyer than making coffee
ask away - you will almost always get an answer - we would much rather you asked now than said but no one ever told me, you are making what to me is an awsome step in improving your health so be as proactive as you can, learn everything you can so you can use your wls tool the best effect!!
