Okay...it's the end of another week on our journey to success.  There's only 9 more days until Defying December begins. 

Here's todays plan for me:
lots of liquids
protein coffee...already downed
Click or Atkins shake
leftover "Thanksgiving" turkey and dressing for lunch
have to decide for dinner...not sure yet

What's your plan?

doing ok - yesterday went alright but not great - discovered that airpopped popcorn is low cal but is a total trigger to eat for me - so I am avoiding it for a while

todays plan
5 coffee - wth 25 cal hot chocolate
7 pupmkin shake
10 egg salad with crackers
12 turkey cheese n crackers
3 pumpkin or coffe protien shake
5 turkey with acorn squash
 rest of day  lots of water and sf gum
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

OK, so I made a mistake...one slice of pumpkin pie and I got to spend 2 hours in the bathroom.  Occasionally the old pouch decides to tell me that I DO dump.  The GOOD news is that afterward I hit an all time new LOW weight, lol.  I know, it's not real but let me claim it for one day.

Don't really have a plan for today.  We're going to Winstar later today so eating will be on the run.  Vitamins are in and protein drink is defrosting for breakfast.  Lunch hopefully will be a sub sandwich and then dinner will be ????.

The holidays are getting closer, we really need to band together and help each other through.  Moderation is the key.  If you PLAN to eat that pie or cake, cut back somewhere else.  We will not allow any weight gain...you hear me?  Make it happen.

steph make Jenny R's pumpkin pie muffin protien things - can't remember what she calls them but OMG they are good - and they taste a whole lot like pumpkin pie to me!!! top with a little cool whip and they are da bomb!  I am making that for thanksgivng dinner and not tellling anyone hehehe

Yesterday turned out really good for me eating wise - I finished the day at 1574 calories, 40 fiber, 113 net carbs, and get this 173 protein!!  Today I've planned out everything and included our favorite meal for dinner Jambalaya with Cheese!  Yummm

Protein coffee
Egg beaters with turkey ham, spinach, mushrooms, red pepper & cheese
Chili w/ ground turkey
Swiss cheese & ham roll up
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Mozzarella stick & ham
Jambalaya w/ cheese & skinless sausage
Apple

I have to admit I'm feeling so much better even though the scale isn't moving much.  I also remind myself regularly when I was doing WW, the scale generally showed a loss about a week after I had a really good streak, so I'm hoping next week I may see a real loss not jus****er weight.

I've also narrowed down my options for some exercise.  I used to love Jazzercise, and I found a video that I want to try out.  It's low impact for pregnant women (No, not there yet, but planning) and I think it might be right up my alley.  I also found an hour long yoga video on line that I'm going to try.

Good job with the planning and logging your food Debbi.  That's one area where I need to be more compliant.  It definately makes a differrence.  And YES you made my heart skip a little beat when I read the "pregnant women" comment...it will happen when the time it right and we're gonna spoil HER rotten.

Hey I HAVE GOOD NEWS! The efforts that I have been making to rev up my protien and do the 5 day pouch test has paid off! I am down to 179 today!!!! Actually yesterday and still today. Went to the doctor yesterday for a six month follow up (reg MD) and everything went great! I had lost 30 lbs in the last six months which is not that bad. (WHy are we so hard on ourselves?)

Went to grandson's b-day party and ate one small sliver of cake and also got reminded that I still dump so I have been in the bathroom a lot of the morning so far! But that keeps us honest, so it is a good thing, right?

I plan to have at least 80 gms of protein today! I am doing the soft proteins and as few carbs as I can. I read a post that Jenny wrote about high fiber carbs and that was very enlightening! THANK YOU JENNY AND FOR THOSE RECIPES TOO! So glad that Eric got good news~
