Nuthin But Nutrition Friday
Okay...it's the end of another week on our journey to success. There's only 9 more days until Defying December begins.
Here's todays plan for me:
lots of liquids
protein coffee...already downed
Click or Atkins shake
leftover "Thanksgiving" turkey and dressing for lunch
have to decide for dinner...not sure yet

5 coffee - wth 25 cal hot chocolate
7 pupmkin shake
10 egg salad with crackers
12 turkey cheese n crackers
3 pumpkin or coffe protien shake
5 turkey with acorn squash
rest of day lots of water and sf gum
I know what I need to do - I have to choose to take care of me or I choose to fail
OK, so I made a mistake...one slice of pumpkin pie and I got to spend 2 hours in the bathroom. Occasionally the old pouch decides to tell me that I DO dump. The GOOD news is that afterward I hit an all time new LOW weight, lol. I know, it's not real but let me claim it for one day.
Don't really have a plan for today. We're going to Winstar later today so eating will be on the run. Vitamins are in and protein drink is defrosting for breakfast. Lunch hopefully will be a sub sandwich and then dinner will be ????.
The holidays are getting closer, we really need to band together and help each other through. Moderation is the key. If you PLAN to eat that pie or cake, cut back somewhere else. We will not allow any weight gain...you hear me? Make it happen.

I have to admit I'm feeling so much better even though the scale isn't moving much. I also remind myself regularly when I was doing WW, the scale generally showed a loss about a week after I had a really good streak, so I'm hoping next week I may see a real loss not jus****er weight.
I've also narrowed down my options for some exercise. I used to love Jazzercise, and I found a video that I want to try out. It's low impact for pregnant women (No, not there yet, but planning) and I think it might be right up my alley. I also found an hour long yoga video on line that I'm going to try.

Went to grandson's b-day party and ate one small sliver of cake and also got reminded that I still dump so I have been in the bathroom a lot of the morning so far! But that keeps us honest, so it is a good thing, right?
I plan to have at least 80 gms of protein today! I am doing the soft proteins and as few carbs as I can. I read a post that Jenny wrote about high fiber carbs and that was very enlightening! THANK YOU JENNY AND FOR THOSE RECIPES TOO! So glad that Eric got good news~
