Okay...my choices at the conference weren't the best.  Had part of a sausage kolache and cream cheese kolache and a piece of pumpkin bread yesterday afternoon.  Need to do better!!!!

today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee

turkey dinner from school for lunch...our "bonus" for the year.whohoo!
chicken cordon bleu for dinner

But the chicken AND my spinach salad ended up on the lunch room floor.  So I have LC yogurt left for food.  JOY!  this has not been my week - umm, I will refrain from crying smileys!

I am here and hoping this will be the beginning of a back down spiral for me.  Have my tightest jeans on - lol- they are too tight and don't look great, but i'm in them.  I need to them remind me of where I am with the weight roller coaster.  Then I can maybe convince myself that the food I am eating is better for me and not the other crap.

After another full dose of MOM, and a few trips to the .....  I feel a bit better this morning and am down a pound from the HUGENESS of this week.  Sitting at 162.8, which is still disgusting to me.  I got some healthier foods yesterday to get me thru the week and see if it will make any difference.  Food plan today is:

B- string cheese and ham
L- baked chicken thigh and fresh spinach with FF dressing
D- more chicken probably
S- LC yogurt.

Must double up on the water as well.

Let's see how it goes.

Morning Karla!

Yesterday ok, but low on caloric intake and iron - still struggling....

Today we are having our potluck Thanksgiving meal at work, so I'll be working to avoid the sweets!!!

Oh, and the stupid scale finally moved!!!!

So, I dropped another 1/2 lb - in spite of not being able to work out for 2 weeks - WTH????

Morning!  Yesterday wasn't the best as far as choices go, but when I logged it all it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.   After my potluck yesterday and making not great choices, I thought about doing whatever I wanted for the rest of the day, but glad I didn't.  My cals were 1667, 147 protein, and 116 carbs, so it really wasn't that bad.

I've got my plan today and will follow through on it today:

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ turkey ham, spinach, mushrooms, yellow pepper and cheese
Gumbo w/ chicken & sausage, corn
Cottage cheese w/ salsa
Mozzarella stick w/ ham
Venti Skinny Iced Carmel latte
Chili w/ turkey meat
Apple

I did some stretching exercises this morning, and I'm going to try to find some fun exercise video or something to do tonight.  If I can't find something fun, then I'll go down to the gym to do either the elliptical or treadmill.  I'd really like to incorporate regular exercise, but I want to find something fun to do not just exercise.  Not sure what that will end up being.

yesterday was my " day off" and I enjoyed eating pretty much what I wanted  but the funny thing was most of what I wanted didn't work
sushi - just didn't taste right
burger king - it was literally on fire
fried chicken - ordered mild and a bis, got spicy and rach at my bis

do you see a trend here LOL
did get my guac in last night and a class of wine - oh and a small bowl of frittos - wth I can't even be bad when I think I want to

ok so the scale of course is being witchy over the salt in the fritos and guac but it'll go back down today with lots of water

todays plan
7 shake
9 shrimp with ****tail sauce
12 cuocouse with mushrooms and baby bell lf cheese
3 egg salad sandwich with tomatoe on 100 cal bun
5:30 salmon burger on another 100 cal bun
8 the last bowl of the penut butter whip
totals are 1264 cals95 carbs and 123 pro

might add in a fiber bar - esp since Rach just devored over half my shrimp - hope ****tail sauce comes out of white tights
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

Is to spend the time to make a plan!!!!

I have not liked the spiral I have been in.....so today I make a plan!!!!  I have not been taking enough time for me and that has to stop.  And I need help from someone....that will pester the heck out of me for my plan every day and for a report ad to how I did.  Text message, email, bug me to death, but just getting here has not worked so if someone would like to help me kick myself in gear I would love the help.  What I have been trying is not working......

Donna, I would love to help and I LOVE your picture!   But, I'm not very good at being on-line consistently myself....

Best advise I can offer which works for me most of the time;  Pick one day a week (Sunday for me) and do your cooking for the week.   It helps me to plan and stay on track for the week plus know what I'm eating from day to day.  If you make things you can freeze, it's pretty easy to just thaw or microwave something when ready to eat.

For example;
This Sunday, we are smoking a turkey outside, cooking a pot roast in the crock pot with veggies, making homemade chicken soup and getting ready for Thanksgiving.    The family & I will spend the week eating on the various foods for lunch/dinner until Thanksgiving day.   In between, I'll make a large salad and we'll have salad with the various food choices for veggies :)  Personally, I love 'odd' salads like cut up bell peppers, onion & cucumbers instead of lettuce with salad spritzer on top.

Don't know if this helps, but it has kept me on track.   Some weeks are sandwiches for lunch mixed with pre-made dinner items from the weekend.   I try to keep us balanced, eating a combination of beef, chicken and/or turkey with veggies (generally lower carb, but not always).   As a whole, works so long as I don't travel.  For my travel weeks, the family fends for themselves...

Thanks Lisa and great suggestions!  Though more than meals it is protein drinks, and not eating the things I shouldn't.  I just need it to be like it was in the beginning for me when if I ate something I shouldn't I was searching for hte nearest bathroom.  Unfortunatly that no longer happens for me so I have lost track of eating the right things!
