Good evening all.  Think I will get this started, then lay down for 30 minutes or so before going to work.

Sorry Cowboy fans.  But they did play crappy today.  The Packer defense was just outstanding today.  My Jets lost too.

As did Eddie's flag football team.

Eleven days until vacation.

Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS  SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

I did have some disturbing news today.  A co-worker, who works days and sits behind me committed suicide Saturday night with a gun, in front of his wife.  I have worked with him for about 8 years.  No word as to what drove him to it.  Everything seemed normal on Friday.  Prayers for his surviving family.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Man almighty...what is it with the "suicide is the answer" thing these days.  When we were at Coach Kaiser's memorial, the pastor was definitely preaching to the younger kids (teens) in there and said, "you know, suicide...it ****** you off when someone does it" (which got a few hushed, but audible "Amen's" from people) - he went on to say, "it ****** you off because Satan convinced you that you were not worthy of being here and had no purpose".  Boy, what truth in that.  Suicide is definitely a permanent solution to a temporary problem.  No goin' back.  Definitely NOT the answer to his/her problems.  We all STILL struggle with it as the kids catch themselves up all the time when they come home and talk about what they did in practice.  One of them at least once or twice a week will start the conversation off with, "Today Coach Kaiser had us, oh, I mean Coach Burford...."  You can IMMEDIATELY see that quick flashback to the "way it was before Oct. 10th" in their face.

Hope that man's family can get through an incredibly rough and very confusing road ahead.

Yeah, Paul's Eagles lost today too, but like you, he was quite the happy camper that the Cowgirls lost.  Sheesh, even St. Louis gave New Orleans a run for their money this week.  That one was a nail biter for a while!!!  Lots of close scores today.

Lunches are done - yippee.  Now have to finish laundry.  UGH.  I have been doing laundry non-stop since about NOON!  Heather had four loads (because the little crapper piles it so high until it becomes the leaning tower of clothing before bringing it down)!  She does at least sort it for me which is definitely a big time saver for me.  She knows it won't get done if I have to do that.  V brings her laundry down every Sunday, like clockwork.  She generally says, "here's my laundry if you can do it in the next day or so"...generally she won't NEED what's in the dirty basket until Tuesday.  She has to wash all the tennis outfits/workout clothes at a certain time so she doesn't run out!  Definitely organized!  I also had to do Sarah's stuff which ended up being two loads, too.  Once I put this last load into the dryer, that will make for about eight loads today.  Tomorrow will be towels and anything in our room so at least another four loads.  Those towels can become a huuuuuge monster load at times, too!!!

I did go find Sarah a few warm sweats at Wal-Mart today.  It's going to be chilly the next couple days so want to make sure she has enough warm stuff.  I knew with the cold front coming, if I actually waited until it WAS cold, if I went to Wal-Mart to find her sweats then, they would for sure be out in her size.  Usually the only thing left is like size 6-6X or maybe 7-8's which are way too small for her!

Ok, I'd better scoot, my eyes are watering big time so I know it's time for my allergy meds!

Nope, still "MIA"!  I went this weekend and filed the "lost" claim.  They are fast....I turned the claim in Saturday, my replacement will be here TODAY!  Hubby took the girls' phones away though until I get mine so they are still without their phones!  I had a lady down at the elementary school on Friday say to me, "OMG, you don't have your phone, how do you function"?  I just looked at her and smiled and said, "you know what, this has been THE most pleasant week while I was out running errands.  ZERO interruptions because....hehehe, they just couldn't get me"!  I said, "you know, life DOES exist without a phone and it's probably good to "detox" from it once in a while".  The lady looked at me like I was crazy.  I just laughed to myself.  I have three girls, two of which are teenagers.  She only has one kid, a third grader.  Amateur....
