Deb T. suggested www.insurancemakesmesick.com a couple months ago and I found a really awesome policy for Eric that is long term and will hopefully be everything we need. Check it out and compare plans! Really easy to use and easy to apply!

I've found I"m pretty much still stuck wit the Texas High Risk Pool, underwritten by BC/BS of Texas and sponsored by the State.  Reason:   although my diabetes, sleep apnea and high chol are gone now, the WLS itself is considered a "pre-exist. cond." by ins. cos., at least for the first five years.  It is NOT cheap, by any means ..  The rules allow them to charge 2x the prevailing rate for coverage, and they do every bit of that ..  I have to pay over $400 a month for an 80/20 PPO policy with a $5K deductible ...

btw, did you ever get the family law advice you were needing earlier, July?

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )
