I'm up ready to rock -n- roll this morning! Hope every one had a great weekend - mine was up and down, depending on the time and day. So what else is new, huh??

I am not going to weigh because:
I enjoyed being with my sister and brothers on Saturday for our usual early thanksgiving dinner. I am still in a carb induced hangover. We always say we aren't going to cook so much food but we always do. I was able to fix plates so I had leftovers yesterday and I even barbequed some ribs in the oven with a salad, corn and ranch style beans. I am listing what was on the spread for Saturday and I ate some as leftovers yesterday...my plates may or may not have included some of this...LOL! I

fried turkey
fried chicken
mustard greens
cabbage
