new trick for fitday users
ok some or all of you who use fitday may know this but I found a great way to use it to plan n to track both
night before I enter what I plan to eat - check my stats and decide if I am happy with it
then zero it all out - change each amount to zero - then as I eat though out the day I fill in the amounts that way I know if I have eaten something or not instead of trying to go though it all each time and if I remembered correctly what
anyhow I am happy with it :)
