WHAT DID YOU EAT THAT YOU PROBABLY WON'T FOR A FEW MORE MONTHS ?

Busy day planned.  We are taking down a shed in the backyard so the dogs won't keep digging in and around it.  Then we need to rearrange the garage.  Really need to have a garage sale but just don't have time before we leave on the trip.  I'm trying to get stuff put away and the house more organized before we leave.  Don't want someone staying here going, ewwwww.  LOL

My brother will be here in a little while so better get the showers in.  Saying prayers for all of you.  Have a great day everyone.

Well, the shed is gone!! woohoo.  So you shouldn't have to worry about the dogs trying to catch any more possums.  That was my main concern.  The rest, what gets done gets done.

Good morning train riders.  I haven't caught the train in a few days thanks to work.  By the time I get home, no one else is online so there's not much point.  Anyway, I'm so glad to be home this weekend.  Between Arkansas, Conroe and Livingston, I've been gone for 4 out of the last 5 weekends.  My house is a wreck but luckily, LL's daughter is coming to my rescue. 

My Mom needs some prayers.  She went to the doctor yesterday and her blood pressure was 230/124.  The doc wanted to put her in the hospital but she refused so they are trying several different med combinations.  I think the move has been harder on her than we thought.  I hope they can get it down, I worry about her having a stoke.

Tonight we're going to Clay's company "Thanksgiving Dinner" party.  He's worked there almost 3 years and I don't know anyone he works with.  Oh well, you know me, I can talk to anyone so it should be fine. 

Mr Mouse finally met his demise yesterday.  He fell for the old "peanut butter in the trap next to the dog food bin" trick.  Now if my cat dares to bring another one in thru the doggie door, I'm gonna kill her.

We had a mouse the other day too...the cat 'treed' it on the top of the curtain rod.  Needless to say I said a very naughty word very loudly when I looked up.

The cats didn't seem to want to get it tho..they were having too much fun playing.  I had to get the SO to take care of it.  He's my hero!

Morning all. Thanks for all of the support yesterday. I loved the comment "you can worry or you can pray, but you can't do both" - how very true! Something I'm going to remember when worry starts to take over. 

On to some fabulous news! Eric's work has extended his contract another year. I'm speaking miracles so Eric will be cured by this time next year so at least he has something to occupy his brain while he works on going into remission from TC.  YAHOO! Bountiful blessings abound!! What proof of the power of prayer!!!

Hope everyone has a great day. I have lots of fun plans for this weekend that include the fabulous Ms. Tank. Can't wait!

Good Morning OH Family!

Thanks for all the prayers and messages for my Laylabug. She is doing better. Dr put her on med and will have ear surgery on Dec 17th. I can't wait until next weekend I took off Fri and Sat yea! I was told to call HR looks like I will be offered one of the positions that I want. At least that's what the rumor is. If it's the one I really want. It will be Mon-Fri and no holidays with full time benefits. fingers crossed. I will know for sure Monday. Best part I will get to see my peeps more! Well better get a few things done before I go to work. Prayers for our Karen.
