Good Morning My WLS Family,

I expected to see the train already started after all it is 7:00 am and then I remembered you guys are an hour behind us.  Hope you dont mind the train getting started from Dover.  I promise to stay on time as best I can and will try not to miss anyone along the way.   My house is finally starting to look like home.  Still have a few boxes to unpack but they are mostly nick nacks and thats my goal for today.  Mark has been so busy hooking up electronics and getting that kind of stuff done. He is going to work on the garage today.  That will take him a couple of days I am sure.  I never met anyone who could collect so much junk.  Thats a man for you!  Anyway..considering it has been raining and the only real exercise I have been getting is wondering around Walmart and in the house I have done well to maintain my weight.  I am going to have to find a support group though.  it is hard cause I cant imagine going anywhere for support but here.  Next week will start walking again.  There are great places to walk here in the housing area.  Eric and I are going to try out the Chapel on the base tomorrow.  Again nervous about going someplace I have never been before.  Ok guess that is all from Dover.  Prayers this morning for all in need, especially Karen, Eric and Jenn, and Viv and her family.  Have a blessed day.  I love you guys.

Glad things are looking good for you Michelle.  In my twenty years in the Air Force, I never was one for the base chapel.  I did go to the chapel for two years though, during my two remote tours (Alaska and Italy).  Otherwise, I always found something off base.  Even in Spain, my wife was a member of an off base English speaking church.  That was where I accepted Christ.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!

Well George when we were in Massachusetts we were really involved in the base chapel but since we left there I have not found one I really liked, but figured we would give it a try.  If not my Pastor back in Texas scoped out a Southern Baptist Church for us to check out so we will try that next time.  I know God has a place for us just need to find it!

Good morning.  Glad to see you're getting settled in up North Michelle.  It would probably do you a world of good if you found a support group near you to hang with.  I bet you find a great one up there!

Ben and I are going to East TX Baptist Univ. today to a football game to watch our good friend play his last game of the season.  We're riding up there with my sister and her family.  We are supposed to tailgate for lunch before the game.  Should be fun.

Prayers for all who need them, especially Karen and Eric and Jenny.

Hope everyone has a great Saturday!

Good Morning all -
its a beautiful morning - I was super good with food yesterday - eating ONLY what I had planned - stayed under 1300 cals and drank a LOT of water, cl and tea - so the biotch in the box rewarded me by showing a 5 pound LOSE - I KNOW it's mostly or ALL water weight  but who cares I will never see that kind of real lose agian at almost 4 yrs out
Kathy you have totally inspired me - I will lose weight instead of maintian - it took alot of determination and jaw clenching yesterday but you know what I AM WORTH IT!!! it did not kill me to be hungry part of the day or to wait to eat till time - I ate about every 2-3 hours

took all 3 kids to wally world last night - both boys needed jeans desperatly - they were down to  2 pairs each - not that big of a deal at home - I have a good washer and dryer but we are going home to Wa for Cmas and Sister says it is cold up there and I am not going to try to do wash evey 2 days in a house with 5 people, 2 of which are in cloth diapers to start with plus my 4 - umm not so much  - I have 3 pair of mine and 2 of Tim's that fit me right now (his are too long but ok with the right shoes) and I am NOT buying any more for me - found a box of 12s and 14s in the shed - I will wear what I have or wear those -

I did get me more Jammies - I love being able to wear stuff other than big giant Ts to sleep in - ended up with one set and one pair of pants - both were Jr L/XL wow that's a change from when I was hunting for 4 Xs LOL

today will be a run around AND house day - commissary when it opens, housecleaning, chat with Tim, toysRus for a DS download the boys MUST have, sams club and home for some more housetype work

everyone have a great weekend - remember to take your vits, get your protien, drink plenty of water and try to move around - the weekend might mean no work but it shouldn't mean non - healthy behavior.

no starbux for me, we won't make it to that part of Savannah but I got more coffee last night and will make a latte in a few -plus I ordered yummy sf suryp  - will post sep with link

peace

Danni,

I love nothing more then to buy new Jammies.  I must have three or four pairs.  Love to put them on at night with my new warm bathrobe and new slippers and just curl up.   Have a great weekend.  Did you say you were going to Washington for Xmass?  Is that DC or State?  Love ya.

Oh michelle I wish (or Tim or my drawer space at the very least) that I only had 3 or 4 pair - I have at least 5 that I waer on a reg basis - I still have little kids that crawl into my bed - and sometimes a big kid too :) esp when Tim is not home

wa state - Ft Lewis - all of my family is there- my mom retiered and moved in with my  brother and his wife this last spring and bro is stationed there - he has been there excet for basic and deployments since he joined accually

I can't wait - this is the only trip I am making home this deployment so I plan to totally enjoy myself - I even have 2 of the 2.5 weeks we are gone off from school - we are stopping in the DFW area on the way back for 2 days - gotta go to LL new years party -figure I can see most of my peeps in that area that way

we MAY drive back to tx this summer but are more likely to make a couple of trips to North Carolina and at least one to RI to either drop my teen off or pick up the extra teen - they are planning at least a month together this summer - split between the two houses - be nice to have both my big boys home at the same time -even though I may end up paying for K to be in childcare some while teen is gone so I can do school work - just don't want him running unsupervised too much

Happy Saturday!!  I am determined to have a great weekend, even though my prinicpal is determined to make my life miserable.  I'm praying I find a new school to go to next year (or figure out a new career altogether).  But, I will not let him get me down.  I have my health and my wonderful family.  Life is grand and I am blessed.

Today we have a "Cheer Off" competition.  I am the coach of 14 kindergarten/1st grade girls.  It was my first time to do this and honestly would never have volunteered if I were still over 300 pounds.  I LOVE being a cheerleader coach!!  We have had a great season and our football team has made the playoffs.  We are hoping to make it to the "Super Bowl" so we can play at the Berry Center.  Last year we made it and had to cheer in the snow.  Brrrrrr....

Hugs and prayers for all who need them!!
