yummy low cal sf snack

I threw about 2 pounds of mushrooms, cut into fouths, in the crock pot this morning with a spoon of garlic and about a cup of beef broth - simmered on high for 4 or 5 hours - you could simmer them on the stove in much less time

anyhow
1/2 cup cooked garlic mushrooms with one lf baby bell melted on top
YUMMMOOOO!!!!!!

70calories 4carbs 5.5 protien and it filled me up nicely - just thought I'd share
