Nuthin But Nutrition Saturday

Hey Karla...where do you get your K-cups for the coffee maker???  I want to get some this weekend so I can tryout some different flavors but hoping I don't have to order them. 

I did good yesterday staying on plan until I had a choc. chip cookie.  And frankly it was nasty... so I won't be tempted to taste one next time.... as Stephanie's co worker said "I already know what it taste like"!!! 

Trying really hard to get off 8lbs in the next 3 weeks so I'm really trying to watch my diet and doing liquids during the day and fish at night.  Also trying to up my protein for sugery in 3 weeks!!

Sams, Costco, Bed Bath &Beyond all have them, and sometimes wally

I saw some at Wally world... but they not much variety.   I will check out the other 3 places this weekend! 

Paige...Our Walmart carries them, but just a few choices...I always forget about them having them.  I get them at Bed, Bath and Beyond but they don't have a big choice either.  The best for lots of choices is Coffeecow.com and they send you reminders to re-order.  I don't think you have to pay tax, so it balances out w/ shipping.  Amazon has some too.

Another option is when I order vits and supplements plus my cappucino protein powder from Vitacost.com, they have a decent variety of K-cups and it's only $4.95 for the shipping.  They even carry Click now, so you can order it too.
