Okay...ate too much off track yesterday...too many goodies, though not bad for you ones at meeting yesterday, otherwise was fine with eating.

Tailgating for lunch with friend providing food
Probably supper on way home...don't know for sure!
Not a good plan, but will get in liquids and protein and have emergency protein bar in purse!!!!

I stayed on plan yesterday until I went to the craft night at church. The corn bread by itself would have been just a little deviation, however adding the tortilla chips and a few cookies was more of a right turn off plan. It's ok though, I did better than I have in the past and all I can do is move forward.
Today we're heading down to Nacogdoches and I'm going to pack up some snacks/mini meals to take with me. My first thought this morning was "I won't be 100% in control of what I eat today", then I revised it. I won't be 100% in control of what food is available to me, but I will be 100% in control of what I put in my mouth.
My plan so far is:
Protein coffee
Egg beaters with ham & cheese
Mozzarella stick & apple
Turkey pastrami & cheese roll up
Other choices will either be high protein or fruit/veggies depending on what's available
I can and will make good choices today!

I did great yesterday with sticking exactly to plan - I was under 1300 cals by the time I went to bed - and the biotch in the box rewarded me with a 5 pound loss of water weight LOL
had a funny - I planned last night for 1 cup of cassarole and 6 brussel sprouts - umm I can't eat almost 2 cups of food - duh LOL oh well I did go back and finish the rest of my chicken spagettie latter but it was cool to have too much food

9 protien latte

1 garden burger with lettuce and pickles
3 apple with 2 cheese sticks
5 taco salad - no chips for me will have 1/4 cup brown rice
8 1/2 cup nsa ice cream, 1/2 bannana, 2 T cool whip, 1 T sf caremel sauce
and LOTS of tea, cl and water
planning to take sf gum with me to Sams so I do NOT taste any samples - they are not worth not making my goal before I go home for Cmas

yes becky TIMES - if I don't have times to eat I just will eat all day - this tells me when I can eat agian - I know I am a total control freak LOL but it works for me

My plan today is toe figure out WTF is going on with my weight. I am not eating Crap and it's still creeping and settling at this new weight that I hate!!! I have, for the last 6 months been 158 to 160 and I hate it. I am not comfortable with that physically nor mentally. I am at 153 to 154. You would think it would be easy to drop it again, but NOOOO.
So my plan is to make my (reducing?, maybe not so much) chicken and very veggie soup to keep available and full. Have other proteins in the freezer and I will have to keep them ready as well. I also need more water.

forgiveness is giving up the hope that the past could be any different
I stuck to my plan yesterday except for grabbing a few bites of candy. I don't know why I can't seem to stop nibbling on candy. I have no plan for today so I guess I'd better get one. We are going to Clay's company "Thanksgiving dinner" this evening so I know turkey will be available and I'm bringing fruit salad it's those stinking pumpkin pies I worry about. I guess breakfast and lunch had better be REALLY good choices...

Good morning! It is already beautiful today! My plan is to start the 5 day pouch test today. I want to get everything back in control before Thanksgiving so that is my plan. I am gonna have:
B-Protein shake, coffee-2 cups
L-protein shake
S-Protein shake
evening snack-protein drink
sugar free popcycles and lots of water and other good fluids in between
I am gonna go to GNC and get some isosorbide drinks-(however you spell that) to help me amp up protein.
Gotta go to the gym and exercise today and tomorrow.
Gonna walk with the g-kids when they come over.

try some of the soups on the 5 day website - I love the saug pumpkin one - I make it on a reg basis b/c my family likes it too and when I am doing lots of shakes I need a totally differnt flavor sometimes
