November seems to be flying by...hard to believe it's FRIDAY THE 13TH!

Yesterday I ended up eating a salad w/ chipotle steak for lunch and baked tilapia and a piece of garlic toast for dinner.

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
Atkins shake
protein coffee already downed
bbq off of sandwich for lunch...fundraiser at office from somebody's church
steak or taco pie for dinner
What's your plan?

Good Morning Karla & NBN Crew!

I was out yesterday shopping for my Mardi Gras dress and I found it.  We ate at Chili's.  I had the mesquite chicken salad without the bbq sauce and the chili queso dip and a couple of bites of the chocolate chip paradise pie.  I have so many temptations to deal with...football game tonight and Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow.  I will eat prior to the game like I did last week so that I am not tempted and tomorrow I will try to enforce the three bite rule.

Today's plan:
B-coffee for now and two sausage later
L-salad
D-IDK yet but no football food at the playoff game tonight.

Hey there!  Ok I've got my plan for the day, and I've already started thinking about my plan for tomorrow.  We're going down to Nacogdoches, which means road trip, which usually means eating out of control.  However since I'm at the high end of my bounce range I really want to keep it moving down which means changing what I do when I'm not "on schedule".  So here's my plan for today:

Protein coffee
Egg beaters w/ ham, veggies & cheese
Chicken egg rolls & honey crisp apple
Cottage cheese w/ spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella stick & turkey pastrami
Soup - no sure what kind will be at the event tonight but I'll find one that works
Lemon whippersnappers - Maybe one other cookie at the event

Lots of water and some coffee are also in my future today.  I'm going to pack up snacks and a lunch for the road for tomorrow, I'll probably end up with more carbs than usual but I will plan it ahead of time and log it in Fit Day to help me stack accountable.

I am finally 2 weeks after Tim left getting back on track with planning ALL my food for the day - Kathy said something this morning on the train that really hit me - she lost the 11 pounds she wanted to and was happy  with that, was she hungry  yes she was

wow it is ok for me to be hungry DUH!! I know it is ok to be hungry but I have not let myself in a while so today I have a very detialed plan and so far I am sticking with it

6 shake
9 fiber bar
11 chicken salad and crackers (the premade litle canned ones from costco)
1 shrimp and half a pear with 1T ****tail sauce
2:30 shake
4:30 apple
5:30 1 cup pasta chicken dish and 6 brussel sprouts
8 half baked apple and hafl cup nsa vanilla ice cream
10 - if i need/want it another shake

lots and lots of water, tea and cl
Home is where the army allows me to live with my husband

I did it - nothing that was not planned crossed my lips - had 8 litters of tea, cl and water and some sf gum - I am stubborn - stayed under 1300, can have another shake and still be under 1400 - shake is planned but not required :)
