Good evening all.  What a roller coaster day!

Started off with verifying on line that my payoff had been delivered.  Then to sleep.  Get up and check mail.  Recall on my car.  Exhaust problem.  I am  happy, because our check engine light is on and the indications are catalytic converter.  Call mechanic and he says it is a different problem.  Darn, I was hoping to get my repairs free.  Come to work and boss praises me for job well done last night.   Then I am told to gather stats on our lowest producers to see who we let go or reduce hours on.  And my day has just started.

Just so you know, you need to TAKE YOUR VITAMINS  SUPPLEMENTS and make sure you get your daily allotment of PROTEIN.

If you are new to the board, this link explains what the NIGHT WATCHMAN is (if you are interested).  Otherwise, just read on, you will probably figure it out anyway.

Hey George...sorta kinda quiet tonight.  PERFECT!  No "fires" to put out.  OH...by the way, the squeaky wheel got the grease regarding getting Heather retested for academic deficiencies.  I sent a pretty stout email to the head of special ed (after I had Paul look at it to make sure I wasn't TOO harsh), which resulted in an email from the high school's diagnostician.  She was kind of a smart ass in her reply, stating that with Heather's grades being so good, she didn't understand what we were wanting them to do.  I could have emailed her back...uh, NOPE...picked up the phone and called her.  I explained, in detail, that Heather comes across to instructors as having no problems simply because of allllll the crap WE do at home.  The extra helping stuff like making out flash cards to get her to remember something or me taking her vocab sheet and doing a word association with her so she can maybe associate a word with something so when it is test time, that recall feature will then work.  The lady then said, "well, if she needs the same modifications she has in place now (notes given to her, extra time for assignments, etc.) then she will have to have been tested in either her Jr. or Sr. year to make sure she's current on an academic assessment.  WOW...REALLY?? (said with horrible sarcasim)  So, the lady has requested her file from way back when and will go over all the modifications she has in place as well as see what the district provided her way back when.  HOPEFULLY this will get the ball rolling!!!

Nothing yet on my phone.  Still waiting patiently.  Paul took the girls' from them so we'll see if that puts a little pressue on things.  I will probably file the claim tomorrow if it doesn't appear by morning.  I just know the minute I do that, it will suddenly appear out of no where!!

Neck is super stiff tonight.  Hope it feels better tomorrow.  Don't care for this feeling like it does!!!

Hi George;

I had another great day today. I had an hour and a half long meeting with the president of the company this afternoon that helped me get a better vision of where he wants our new product to go. I will be going to SAT on Wednesday next week to launch it. I'm excited to see a few of my friends down there even though I know it's going to be a really long day.

I'm very much looking forward to tomorrow as it's my first payday in over 6 months!

I should be unpacking boxes, but instead I'm doing some clean up stuff on my laptop instead. I'll be up for a while. Prayers for all who need them.
Blessings, Jennifer
