New Friends!!!

Hi Everyone,

My name is Kim. I moved to the DFW area, in August, from Indy. I had RNY surgery in Dec. 2004. I would LOVE to meet some new fellow bari friends. Especially, if you live in the Arlington/Mansfield/Ft. Worth/Grand Prairie area. It 's great to dine with people who know to eat slowly and walk around after.  :) And having friends who are familiar with the lifestyle is great!

I was born and raised in Florida (explains being a BUCS fan)...I am family oriented and friendly. My interests are: spending time with my family (especially my nephews), church, working out, walking, going to movies, dining, watching sports (football hockey, UFC), coffee houses, bookstores, and being around fun people.

DFW area is great. People overall are friendly and smiley.....Say "Howdy" or "Hello" .....
Looking forward to meeting and getting to know all of you.

I live in Mesquite, but often meet up with lots of our "West Side" folks.  There are A LOT of support groups in the area as well as just plain old get togethers held often.

Jump right in to any conversation and make your at home.

welcome! Lots of fun folks here in your end of the world now. Lord knows we constantly have coffee, dinner, 5K's etc all kinda get togethers. Basically any excuse. Keep an eye on the board here, we always announce it so you can come hang out with us sometime!
