Yesterday was an okay eating day for me. 

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee-almost downed now
Click shake
Lean cuisine or taco soup for lunch
baked tilapia for dinner

I am workin it.  This losing back down to a 'normal' range gets slower and harder every time. Newbies take note.  Enjoy the swift response now cuz it is like a turtle later.

Got extra high protein going today - eggs, spinach salad topped with ham, steak and cheese for lunch, protein drink for snack.  Not sure about dinner yet.

Need to get in more water.

Weight's up, bleah but no surprise.  I do have a plan for the day so that will help me stay focused:

Protein coffee - Love this, thanks Danni!!
Egg beaters w/ veggies, ham & cheese
Bean soup with rice & ham
Cottage cheese w/ Salsa, mozarella stick
Egg rolls
Apple

Also need to get in way more water today, so I'll be chugging that and drinking decaf coffee all day.  Hopefully a few days of staying on track will get me back down to my low again.
