QOTD In honor of the CMAs

I guess I am the only that thinks Taylor Swift can't sing - Hallelujah....thought I was the only one who thought it too....  The only way she sounds good  to me is when she's in the studio and the computers help to "enhance" her voice!!!

Her voice or anybodies voice.  Why I don't go to concerts etc.  Very few performers, any genre, can replicate the "studio sound" on the road.

I suck at artist so I'll just answer #5 - song that has or is stuck in my head - now that you siad it I'll be humming ride a cow boy for days!! it just sticks - no idea why
other than that  -I miss my friend by Darrel wirley (sp?) it came out when Tim was in basic and I just love it -oh and american soldier - that one came out in the same time frame

well missed the CMA's but heard results on the radio. Did they really vote Taylor Swift in for Entertainer of the year??? seriously???  ick.

1)  Female Vocalist of the Year - Would have preferred Carrie Underwood (I'm not a big fan of Taylor Swift either-I don't get the attraction...)

2)  Male Vocalist of the Year - Brad Paisley

3)  Duo of the Year - Sugarland - Good Choice, was tired of B&D getting it EVERY year.

4)  Entertaininer of the Year - Taylor Swift???  REALLY??? I don't get it!   

5)  Is there song you have stuck in your head, something you find yourself singing allot now or previously?

YES!!  I LOVE "Do I"  OMG, Luke Bryan is HAWT!!! and the song just does it for me!

Okay...I'll play:

1)  Female Vocalist-- I love Taylor but would have really liked to see Carrie Underwood.  The girl can SING!

2)  Male Vocalist--  YAY BRAD!!!!!!!!!!!!   I love him!

3) Duo-- Go Sugarland.  I'm right on board with this.

4) Entertainer-  Looks like I'm the only one who has love for Taylor. Yes...she is the newbie by a lot but the girl is EVERYWHERE!  She worked her butt off and I honestly think she earned it.

5)  I've seemed to have Alright by Darius Rucker stuck in my head but Save a Horse is an excellent change of pace.

I love country music, but listen to oldies (my oldies...70's and early 80's) music...saw some of the awards but not all.

I definitely have the horse/cowboy song stuck now too...hard to picture it w/o seeing the "Dancing With the Stars" Free for all dance of this from the first season!
