protein coffee-almost downed
lots of liquids
Click or Peanut Butter Cookie protein shake
Poppyseed Chicken and layered salad for lunch
Baked Tilapia for dinner

Good morning!!! Trying to decarb this week and doing mostly liquids with fish in the evening. The next 2 days will be rough as I will be at a training and I'm not sure if they will provide lunch or if we are on our own. Days like this make lunch difficult!!! Not looking forward to all the holiday temptation... so trying to get a handle on things now!

Still workingon getting a handle on things. That darn head hunger and stress eating. Just when I think I have it mastered the carb monster gets me.
todays plan:
protein coffee
egg whites and turkey bacon
chicken breast and some greens for lunch
soup for dinner
pure protein for snack or click.

I am still decarbing too and doing quite well at it. The scales are continuously moving in the right direction again.
Today's plan:
B-coffee now, oh yeah bananas & creme protein shake in a little while
L-salad
D-cabbage with ground beef & sausage

I am much more prepared today for the carb detox as opposed to yesterday. Paige, I tried to get fish yesterday for my dinners, but I am just not a fishy person; however I did make tuna salad for lunches this week.
Scale is down a bit but still about 10 pounds from where i need to be for my followup with the surgeon on the 25th. I must protein and water myself down. Still feeling the ughs and icks from so many carbs for numerous weeks.
I bought a couple t-bones on super sale yesterday for us tonight. Then some ribs to put in the crockpot for tomorrow night. Grocery bill kicked my butt yesterday but I have to eat protein and for tht I will have to compromise on other stuff. I am worth it.
Made a couple protein drinks last night and froze them. Will have one for snack today. I am trying some different protein that was cheap and am using the chocolate mootopia. I sure hope it's good.
Got to get back to NUTTIN but NUTRITION..

2 savory muffins - whole grains high protien
have stuff for lowcarb fall soup down stairs started - need to go fini**** before I am hungry agian LOL
going to thaw some shrimp and make soemthing with that for dinner - might make me salad and the boys mac n cheese or do something with beef, veggies n gravy and ww pasta for the kiddos
