Good Morning TMB riders!!!! Great to hear some good news from you, Jenny! Prayers still going out for Eric and Special ones for the Ft Hood folks! I have been really struggling with hunger lately-and have had my first binge since surgery(on Cheezits and I don't even like them) but anyway, haven't been checking my BS on a regular basis-it's been so good. Decided to check it this morning and IT WAS over 300! No wonder I have been craving carbs and being hungry!!So, I have decided to get on the plateu busters diet (the 10-day thing) starting today. Or I could try the Atkins induction phase-somebody said that worked for them... Boy did that get me motivated!! I was on insulin for 12 years and don't even want to go back there! Any suggestions would be welcome! Love to all! hope your day is wonderful! Annette, too

Thank you Danni! That is a better idea! You can do anything for 5 days right? No seriously that does sound better cause you can have protien shakes on that if I remember right. I will look up the site. Have a wonderful evening!

I love some of the recipes - there is half a pot of saug pumpkin soup  in the fridge - all that was left of a double batch after I had 2 bowls and the kids attacked it- I have tryed it a few times but still have to have carbs to feed the nursling or we both get way to crabby LOL

I think it is one of the more realistic ones out there - a lot of people use it as a reset -dump the carbs and feel the FULL feeling from protien instead of slider foods

anyway good luck - post on nothing but nutition about how you are doing if you feel inclinded

I got the kiddos off to school this morning and went for a run before Jon had to leave for work.  Wow, I forgot how hard this training is.  It feels great to have done something, but the time and distance weren't nearly what they should have been.  I hope to pick it back up quickly.  The time off with the ankle injury was a huge set back.  March is coming up WAY too soon.

Prayers all around...it's a beautiful day today...make it a GREAT one too!!

Good Morning TMB!!

WOW....two days in a row...(or is it three?) that I've made it to hop on the train to say hello.  I can't believe it!  Maybe this will become my new habit.  Hoping so.  I've missed the boards.

Not much to say.  I forgot to take Zyrtec last night so this morning I woke up with a headache and a stuffy nose.  Not feeling the best, but I've taken my morning claritin and have a cup of hot tea.  The coffee is ready when I finish my tea.  I am REFUSING to let my allergies control my life today. 

So, in the past 3.5 hours I have accomplished a lot, but still have 2-3 things I want to do before I relax till the kids come home.

Good Morning Train - (it is still morning) - I have been absent alot, but Iam starting to get back to my old self -

It has been a month since surgery - I still have a ways to go, this neck brace is killing me and driving me crazy (I know, a short drive) - I may try to drive today or tomorrow, we will see. It just make me nervous - the having your head fall off part would not be fun!

I miss you guys alot, and have a new plan to ride the train daily and share my days WOWS.  Thanks for the prays and love and concern.
