Nuthin but Nutrition November - Monday the 9th
How are you doing. I am in the worst shape I have been since surgery. Seriously. I have the day off and will be planning the next 18 days before Thanksgiving to get into a 'normal for me' weight situation. I am honestly embarassed that I could do it, but very aware now how easily it can happen. The good thing is there is no more extended work day and whacky eating schedule. No more snack cart to reach to as well. when my schedule changes after Thanksgiving I will have more time in the morning and hopefully be getting in breakfast before I go to work. Less packing the night before.
So today it's water water water water water. I will also be carb detoxing from the empty carbs. Will work in lean protein and veggies.
So what's your plan?

I am still going strong. I am down 8 pounds since last Tuesday. I will continue to practice low carbing to get me back to where I was previously. I agree with you Becky that if we don't get a handle on it now, Thanksgiving will be a disaster.
Today's plan:
B-coffee now and 2 sausage patties later
L-Salad
D-Salad with some type of meat
Water-32 ounces or more

L - 1/2 Chick-Fil-A chargrilled chicken salad. I'm so happy to be able to eat salads again. Hoping the fiber will help!

Really working on water. Since the weather has cooled off I just don't get thirsty to drinking is a real chore!
Somehow I was down 1.5 lbs. since I weighed Friday. Guess it's a fluke! I sure wasn't being really careful, but didn't eat that much over the weekend I guess. Maybe it was falling off due to being happy that my peeps were here.
We can succeed with this. I had protein coffe and an Atkins shake plus water and chicken broth this morning and lots of liquids this afternoon plus some sf dessert leftovers that I took to work to get rid of. For lunch I ate a little layered veg. salad and some poppyseed chicken.
