Thanks everyone!  I promise that is really me in the before picture.  It was my 44th birthday and I thought I looked soooo cute in that little pink/purple'ish outfit.  It was that picture that was probably my defining moment to seriously begin researching and contemplating weight loss surgery.  A decision that I don't believe I will ever regret.
