There's a saying about "The Rule of 5". Pick a goal or a direction and do 5 things each day to move you closer. If you are feeling depressed, spend some time reaching out to friends and go and get in some play time. It's really important to play even when we don't feel like it. Are there things you previously did that you enjoyed? I know this sounds too simple but it is true that we have to act our way into right thinking. Instead of burning up your brain trying to feel better, it works by acting like we are feeling better...like a brain reset. I know that sounds too simple but it does work.
Can you go to lunch some time? I'll treat.
