Nuthin But Nutrition Saturday
Okay...didn't exactly stay on plan yesterday, but I really didn't eat very much. I know I'll get off track today because my big costume birthday party is tonight at my sisters.
Today's plan: not to be followed...it's not a good one!
lots of liquids
protein coffee almost downed
Click drink
poppyseed chicken casserole and layered veg. salad for lunch
lord only knows what else the rest of the day: sf mojitos, margaritas, dips, chip, dessert, sandwich????
I hope you might make your plan a good one. Mine today probably will maintain or gain...surely not lose weight!

L- ham and cream cheese roll ups, pickle
S - ???

I am doing excellent! I even resisted the football food last night at the game and boy do I feel like I can take on the world and kick everyones a$$...LOL. Since Tuesday I have lost 7.6 pounds of the 14 I had gained over the past 4-6 weeks. I can't get my water in and we both know that this is nothing new. Have fun at your party and I want to know where is my invite. You know I would have driven over to be there.
Today's plan:
B-Coffee (I have been at the doorbuster sale at JCP and I am about to eat some cheese but I am really not hungry at all)
L-Salad
D-Fried Turkey and mustard greens/green beans
Water-32 ounces
