Do you think all insurance is equal?

Think again... I have a medicare replacement policy and was told today that the reason I have been given a hard time is that because I have crappy insurance.  they told me that my insurance is so bad that the doctor may not even break even, so why should they work hard for me...  I gasped.. I thought HOLY COW... do I live in the US?
