Chef Dave Fouts, the world's 1st bariatric chef will be holding a holiday cooking class at Central Market in Houston on Nov 14 Saturday from 10am to 1230noon. Please come out and get some great ideas on making your holidays friendlier on your waistline. A bariatric dietitian will also be there to answer any nutrition questions.

I went to Central Market's website to see if he is going to be in the DFW area. I don't see anything about him, even in Houston.

Do you happen to know if he will be in the DFW area? I would love to go.
