Grateful Post..

Happy Friday Eve..

Today I am grateful..

For new things to come..

For the future.. Whatever it may hold..

For journaling.. I just started and it helps a lot..

For FINALLY, after four years, starting to write the book that I always talked about..

That although writing stuff down hurts it is a good hurt..

Good Morning

I am grateful

for my family
for my Uncle Dan and his words of wisdom
for Cowboy Chicken
for my husband
for the truck repair
for all my blessings
for friends who care and cry
for the bad exeperiences in life that help me know I have a better life than I did 20 years ago
for my WLS
for knowing that I am not immuned from gaining weight
for knowing I will lose these last 30 lbs because I lost 115 already!
for being able to walk around my neighborhood without gasping for air
for prayer
FOR LIFE
