Boy...this week is flying by..onto the weekend soon!

Everything went as planned yesterday until dinner...I was tired and made a baked potato w/ cheese and turkey...didn't eat but part of it and gave the puppy the rest.  He was happy!

Today's plan:
lots of liquids
protein coffee downed
Click drink
chef salad for lunch
high pro dinner...will choose when I get home maybe tilapia...maybe taco soup
pecans for snack

Good Morning Karla & NBN Crew,

I had a wonderful day yesterday and it feels good to be on track and I AM IN CONTROL once again.  I did not do so well on my  "plain" water intake.

Today's plan:
B-coffee now and sausage later
L-salad
D-salad and meat
Water-32 ounces or more

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Ate according to my plan yesterday - so YEA!!!!

D-Baked Chicken and Salad

Side note - no workouts this week, will try tonight... Pulled something in my back this past weekend and I've been limping through the week.  Today is the first day I'm not hurting, so keeping my fingers crossed I can workout tonight.

Yesterday was ok, again until I got home.  Ate a lot of almonds.  I guess it could have been worse, I could have gone for the pie.

Today the plan is:

protein cofee down
b: fage plain 0% yogurt
l:  leftover cabbage/tomatoes/hamburger
d:  some kind of soup
snacks protein drinks

Morning all!  I have to say getting on here has really helped me start getting my head back around continuing the habits I know will help me long term.  This week has been good and the scale is reflecting that.  I'm hoping that I can keep it up over the weekend even though I won't be at home.

Here is my eating plan for the day:

Protein shake
Egg beaters with spinach, mushrooms, red pepper, ham & cheese
Salmon burger and carrot salad
Turkey pastrami roll ups and SF pudding
Egg rolls
Honey crisp apple

I'm doing really good reaching for protein dense snacks when I get hungry though I ran out of cottage cheese yesterday, so I'm going to be creative with what I do have.  Grocery shopping doesn't happen till next weekend again so I'll have to pull some stuff out of the freezer next week.

Keep up the good work everyone!  You are all worth it!!

not eating great but not eating terrible. The cheetos are gone at work, so that's good!   No time to think about food and that's hard on me.  Trying to keep it simple.  I am so bloated this 'special week' and it's really showing on the scale.  Not going to stress over it.  Time for that is Monday.

Breakfast - Chocolate / Peanut Butter PURE Protein Bar
Lunch - 1/2 PB with dab of J sandwich on Sara Lee 100% Whole Grain 45 Calorie bread
Snack - Vitamin X and water, maybe a piece of cheese
Dinner - to be determined

It's been a trying day so far, I'm so glad those damn sugar cookies are gone, gone, gone!
