I wont do that again...promise!
I posted a while back about eating a cookie and getting sick - I haven't eaten one since...dont plan on it either. Well today I tried a sandwitch....aghhh! I did real bread, shouldn't have done that. And I did some real sauce....
I am now sitting at work in the most miserable state ever...I wish I would just throw up (which I hate to do by the way), but that sounds wonderful.
I think the water bottle and I will be friends for the rest of the day. I dont care if I ever eat again at this point....
Being almost 11 months out, I am still figuring out what works and what doesnt. Guess I need to stick with my flat bread...and only half of it!

Have you tried the Orowheat sandwich thins? They are fab, just the right amount of bread, whole wheat or a multi-grain. They work great for a hamburger (turkey, vegi, grilled chicken) bun. I have all my family using them. I never buy regular buns anymore. I tired quiznos, wheat and just half of it...no good....back to my basics. I will just fix my sandwitch! Just meat and cheese NO SAUCE. Sauces kill me! I mean KILL me. I can't eat mayo, miracle whip, BBQ sauce, dressings and that list goes on and on.
I am glad to see that everyone still struggles with food. Makes me feel better, because there are days I have not figured it all out yet. Thank you everyone!!!
Just a thought regarding sauces... But, have you tried the 100 calorie pack guacamole instead of mayo/mustard, etc? I use one when I make a sandwich to get in good fat. Happen to like avocado's so it works for me... Just thought I'd share and good luck. I couldn't eat any bread until I was 18 mos out.... It stuck every time. Even now, I have to be very careful.

at 3 and a half years out I still run across things I think I am ok with that I dump on - lots of peeps do the paypya I do pepto - they tend to etiher settle my tummy or make me go ahead and throw up
it is always a learning process - I have figured out that part of it is the change in how much I can eat - I am still ok with 1/3 reg taco from taco bell - but I don't eat only 1/3 any more I eat a whole one - (so I order it with beans no meat)
and somedays mr pouch is just in a pissy mood and nothing works right - but hang in there it is worth it
