Snacking
My favorite little snacks:
whole almonds, pistacios (when I can afford them), mixed nuts w/dried cranberries, turkey pepperoni & swiss cheese torn into little squares to fit on pepperonis, shredded cheddar w/rice chex (my cheetos fix) , cherry & smoothie popsicles (more like home made ice cubes), deviled eggs, sardines w/crackers & mayo, soynuts with or w/o yogurt and berries, I sometimes make a banana muffin using almond meal & splenda , I keep frozen slices of Brok & Lori's low carb pizza in my freezer, turkey (low sodium & sugar) lunch meat & swiss cheese roll-ups & I recently discovered I like chickpeas rinsed str8 from the can.
Well, those are just a few things I have snacked on & enjoyed. I don't know how "ok" they are for you but, I hope you find one that might work for you, try it and like it. Some days are better for me than others regarding low carb snacks. Good luck.
